Total Time 40 minutes, Serves 4

1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon chopped rosemary
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 1/4 pork tenderloin
Green beans
Pitted olives

On a plate, combine bread crumbs, rosemary, smoked paprika, garlic and salt. Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil, then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Roast at 425 degrees until cooked through, 20-30 minutes. Slice and serve with green beans and pitted olives.
